C’est exactement ce constat qui a réuni Wakaserve et le Laboratoire Bionov autour d’un projet commun : donner à ce laboratoire de Douala une présence en ligne à la hauteur de son expertise.
Le contexte
Le Laboratoire Bionov est un laboratoire de biologie médicale et d’analyses agroalimentaires installé à la Cité des Palmiers, à Douala. Il couvre huit spécialités, de l’hématologie à la bactériologie en passant par la biologie moléculaire et le contrôle agroalimentaire. Un savoir faire réel, une équipe qualifiée, des équipements modernes. Mais tout cela restait invisible pour la majorité des gens, faute d’une vitrine numérique digne de ce nom.
Dans le domaine de la santé, la confiance se joue souvent dès les premières secondes. Un patient qui hésite entre deux laboratoires va naturellement se tourner vers celui qui inspire le plus de sérieux. Et aujourd’hui, ce sérieux se mesure aussi à la qualité du site web. Bionov avait besoin d’un site capable de rassurer, d’informer et de faciliter le contact.
L’objectif
L’idée n’était pas simplement de mettre en ligne quelques pages. Nous voulions construire un véritable outil au service du laboratoire et de ses patients. Trois priorités se sont rapidement imposées.
D’abord, présenter clairement toutes les spécialités et les bilans de santé, pour qu’un visiteur comprenne en un coup d’œil ce que Bionov peut faire pour lui. Enfin, rendre le laboratoire visible sur Google pour les recherches liées à la biologie médicale à Douala, là où se trouvent ses futurs patients.
La solution que nous avons mise en place
